We build custom computer software and tailor it to suit the actual requirements of the weighing applications such as waste, gravel and oil hauls. Our software interfaces directly to the weight indicator and records live weight at single or dual draft applications and stores this data along with other important information (Truck ID, Customer, Material). Pre-built reports make reporting fast and simple to use.
We also build several other applications to collect data using powerful programmable scale indicators. These applications are typically lower cost to supply, maintain and train operators.
The latest in HMI technology combines performance-driven circuitry, simplified architecture, and intuitive features. Up to 10 different screens can be programmed to change with the process, and graphic icons and messages show set point and function status. The multi-channel display feature shows the weight on an individual scale or a combination of totalized scales. When used in batching/mixing applications, one 920i is capable of handling multiple scale, flow temperature and pulse. It can control hundreds of I/O set points, queuing such things as gates and conveyors. And, it has complete database capability for data storage
