Batching Plants
Integrated Legal-for-trade weight indicators with digital inputs / outputs make batching controllers light weight and requires fewer electrical components. When a programmable digital indicator is used, the controller can store batching formulas, collect actual material data used per batch, there is no need to use a complicated computer system to coordinate and manage this data.
Precision Scale has just recently introduced the new "CB-2" Concrete Batch Controller, this automated concrete batching system is a very versatile and efficient control system and is ideal for all readi-mix plants. The "CB-2" is driven by an intelligent 920i HMI controller and delivers real time statistical data through various network options. Standard features of this system include:
- 4 cements with dual speed fill or 8 single speed fills
- 4 aggregates with dual speed fill or 8 single speed fills
- Hot and cold water control, metered or weighted, with status lights
- Up to 6 admixtures or colors
- 120 times per second sampling rate
- Automatic preact compensation
- Passcode protection
