Training & Support
We are one of the only scale companies that has a specifically designed facility devoted for training purposes, this room is equipped with many different configurations of scale bases, indicators and printers and other peripheral equipment so we can train our technicians on all types of equipment that they come across in the field. We can also bring clients to our facility in Edmonton for training on our "OnlyWeigh" software, unattended systems and custom projects.
These sessions can be set up for groups up to 8 people, of course this training is all part of our commitment to our client's and is in line with our quality policy statement which reads "Precision Scale is committed to continuous improvement in order to meet or exceed our customer's requirements."
