Portable Truck Scales
Portable Truck scales (PV's) are intended to remain in one location for less than one year. These units are complete steel deck (3/8" checker plate deck). They are totally portable and modular in design having their own subframe. They can be set up in as little at 4 hours. No concrete foundation is required - just foundation planks placed on top of a level, stable gravel surface, and then simply build gravel ramps at both ends. Any size available from 10' x 30' to 14' x 140'. All of our Portable truck scales can be certified legal-for-trade.
Built-In Truck Scales
Built-In Truck scales (BI's) are intended to remain in one location on a permanent basis. These units can be concrete deck or steel deck. We offer complete engineered foundation designs to suite the ground conditions where the scale is to be located. All sizes are available from 10' x 30' to 14' x 140'. All of our Built-in truck scales can be certified legal-for-trade.
Axle Scales & Wheel Pads
Axle scales are available in three different configurations: (1) Ultra low-profile twin bridge system (typically two pads 30"w x 15'l), (2) self-contained portable axle scale (typically 10'w x 15'l), or (3) built-in below grade units.
Wheel pads are available in digital type or hydraulic, capacity 9,000kg/20,000lb. These units are totally mobile weighing only 38 lbs each
